Plan Designated Drivers has been in business for the last 6 months. They don’t set aside cars specifically for an event, but they have sets of drivers working all night that can be on location 20 minutes after placing the call. They send two drivers to each call, one drives the client’s car, the other one drives their car; so you wake up the next morning with your car parked at your home.

They described the fee as being $10/15 more than a taxi. Cost breakdown is: $20 flat fee + $2/km. After the 15 km mark, it drops down to $1.5/km.
