Points System:
4 points awarded for a 'Game Win'- winning Team get 4 points.
2 points awarded for a 'Game Tie' - both Teams get 2 points.
2 points awarded for a 'Period Win' - one Team gets 2 points.
1 point awarded for a 'Period Tie' - both Teams get 1 point.
0 points awarded for a 'Period Lost' - applies to both teams.
0 points awarded for a 'Game Loss ' - applies to both teams.
the case that there is a Points Tie in the divisional round robin standings, we use the Break er Format and the ( % Formula )
Medal Round
Winners of respective pools will advance to the Medal Round. The next three wild card teams with the highest points advance to the Medal Round. The 2 highest point teams winning their divisional rounds will play for Gold, with lowest points divisional team advancing to Silver. The highest points "wildcard team" will advance to play for silver with the last 2 wild card teams playing off for Bronze.
